To give people an idea of what they should/shouldn't be doing when they rate a forum, here are a couple of examples:
Bad Rate: Forum Looks rubbish, there is nothing to do, horrible colour scheme. 1/5.
Good Rate:
Colour Scheme: The colour scheme isn't very good on they eyes, perhaps you could try finding colours that work better together, or get someone to help you with it.
Content: There seems to be a lack of content on the forum, do you really need all the empty boards? Could some perhaps be deleted or made into sub-boards?
etc etc
So now hopefully you get the idea of a good and a bad rate.
